LONELINESS

NYCTOPHILIA – love of darkness or night, finding comfort or  feeling relaxed when in darkness.

You can even relate it with LONELINESS, INSOMNIA etc. well LONELINESS – a feeling when you feel  alone. everything or everyone who was lose to you or is close to you have moved away from you. You do not feel like opening up to someone. You just intend to be in isolation. you keep your thoughts to yourself, you feel that the world has started to ignore you, you sometimes even feel you are good for nothing.

Your nights are sleepless. you weep all night and act normal the other day.you get into depression slowly if you do not or can not  get yourself out of this. You might cut yourself but you don’t feel the pain anymore. REASON ? you have got yourself immune to such pain now. you pen down your thought or you keep them caged in your heart because you feel there is no one to listen. You lose your self confidence and if this continues sometimes Teenagers or adults or even children take a drastic step and end their life.

I have not studied people but this is what i have experienced when i had been into depression.  we lose hopes, we feel no it is impossible to live now. But, all you need is a bit of courage and will power in you. all you need is to tell yourself that I HAVE TO LIVE WITH PRIDE AND DIGNITY. THERE IS NO ONE SO POWERFUL IN THIS WORLD WHO CAN KNOCK ME DOWN UNLESS I ALLOW HIM TO. I WILL WIN AND CONQUER AND SPREAD HAPPINESS. I WON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO BULLY ME.

and just see the magic later on.

THINGS/WAYS THAT WOULD HELP YOU COME OUT OF LONELINESS/DEPRESSION –

1. Speak about your problems to someone who is close to you.

2. Open up your heart in front of someone you are close to. Let the feelings come out of the cage, set them free. for GIRLS you can even tell it to your TEDDY bears or any inanimate object you find is ALL YOURS. It helps. I do tell my feelings to my teddy bear.

3.  If you cannot express yourself to someone, pen it down.

4. Make new friends and get rid of the old negative ones. ( it would help you be positive )

5. Do not let anyone take over you or bully you. Fight back. Be confident. You are god’s own creation and you are UNIQUE.

6. Eats lots and lots of food, chocolates. ( i do this because i love them and they love me back too )

7. Do what makes you happy. Dance, shop, play, sketch, paint. Make sure you do it.

8. the most important one, do not ever forget this; KEEP SMILING. 🙂
